We need speakers for Tuesday’s 3/21 Joint ZAP/Planning CodeNEXT mtg at City Hall, Boards/Commissions Room at 7pm! Issues include the structure and possible modification of the CodeNEXT draft (Draft 1.0).
A. CITIZEN COMMUNICATION
The first four (4) speakers signed up prior to the meeting being called to order will each be allowed a three-minute allotment to address their concerns regarding items not posted on the agenda.
B. CITIZEN INPUT REGARDING CODE-NEXT
The first ten (10) speakers signed up will each be allowed a three-minute allotment to address their concerns regarding the CodeNEXT public review draft.
C. NEW BUSINESS
General discussion regarding the CodeNEXT draft. Staff: Greg Guernsey, Director, Planning and Zoning Department, 512-974-2387; Jorge Rousselin, Acting Division Manager, Planning and Zoning Department John Miki and Peter Park.
Discussion regarding the structure and possible modification of the CodeNEXT draft (Draft 1.0).
Discussion regarding the incorporation of best practices into the CodeNEXT draft.
Discussion regarding future briefings and review schedule of the CodeNEXT draft Chapters.
