Last week, the North Central I-35 Neighborhood Coalition 2 (NCINC2) sent a letter to City Council in support of a City-led, independent visioning plan looking at the social, environmental and economic benefits of removing the IH35 Upper Decks and opposing the current TxDOT Mobility35 Plans for the Upper Decks in absence of such study.

I would love to receive feedback on this resolution and we hope that NCINC2 can rely on FAN support to share our message and ideas with other neighborhoods and our elected officials as we ask for the City to take a stronger leading role in the future of IH35.
