How should FAN define high quality Transit?

There’s a high likelihood that 2020 will be the year of a large transit/transportation bond. I’d like to initiate the conversation among members to see how we should be positioning ourselves as a community and organization in the build up to that bond.

-How should FAN define high-quality transit?
-What aspects of a future bond do you think are important for FAN members to consider IRT endorsing or opposing such a bond?
-What should our goals be IRT transit and transportation?
-What are some of the means in which to accomplish those goals?
