The term “fact sheet” gets thrown around a lot at City Hall, but here’s a sheet with real facts about Affordability in Austin from the Center for Neighborhood Technology (CNT). Their H+T index does a great job showing a better picture of affordability by including Housing Costs and Transportation Costs in their analysis of affordability.
