FAN board member running for City Council!

Natalie Gauldin is running for City Council in District 7, the seat currently occupied by Leslie Pool. I know Natalie personally, and I believe she will do a fantastic job fighting for the FAN vision on the dais. If you feel inclined, check out her campaign website, where you can also make a small donation. Full disclosure: I do not work on her campaign, but I would love to see her elected to Council, and I think it would be fantastic for this organization if she were elected.

I donated a few bucks! It’s not much, but I’m excited to support Natalie! :money_with_wings:

If you’re interested in Natalie’s campaign or might just want to find out more about her, her kick off party would be a great event to attend. It’ll be held at Black Star Co-op Pub & Brewery. I’ve included the event below.

Also, a related Chronicle article just came out that mentions FAN:

FAN should consider having a discussion on supporting candidates for office (by vote, through fundraising), maybe not in each election, but when it is clear that person’s vision aligns with FAN’s, and they are the only candidate for a seat that can be said of.

Natalie Gauldin’s candidacy is an exciting development, as is the increased focus it will bring to the public discussion on mobility and affordability. Many thanks for the time and effort to make this commitment!
