This Thursday will be the biggest day of the year for housing as Austin City Council holds a public hearing and then votes on zoning changes to make Austin more affordable, walkable, and to support light rail! It’s urgent that city council hears from those who support these changes.
Please take a moment to fill out this short form, Austin City Council Speaker Sign-Up: Council Meetings - Formstack! We want to sign up as FOR Items 4, 5, & 6! There are 3 ways you can fill out the form:
-Sign up to speak in-person at City Hall
-Sign up to speak over the phone
-Just register your support (i.e. answer ““no”” to ““Do you wish to speak?””)
Please register to speak in-person if there’s any chance you can attend Thursday. It’s far better to sign up to speak and not be able to make it than the opposite!
