Confirmed by Caleb’s interview that this is intended to grease the skids for the Elgin Line, which will be an operating disaster a la the Red Line.

This also shows that the approach of playing nice to get a seat at the table for Project Connect 2.0 was a waste of time. Y’all are getting played. As I said when Javier came to talk to us, it’s clear what CM wants to do and it has nothing to do with whatever comes out of PC2.0.
