There are public transit stops nearby as well as a paid parking at the State parking garage located at 300 San Antonio St.

More information about the location: Entrance is on third Street. There is street parking around the building, plus visitor parking on the second level of the garage. In addition there is a state parking garage across the street, and a bus stop a block away at fourth and Guadalupe. Just check in at the concierge desk on the ground level of the building, and they will assist in getting you access to the conference room on the ninth floor.
