Hello FAN Friends -

Miriam here from Rethink35.

**Please consider submitting public comment for CAMPO’s public hearing regarding the funding of the I-35 expansion!** Ask CAMPO members to _not_ support funding the expansion of the highway through Central Austin. **Click [here]**([CAMPO, we don't want our transportation dollars used to fund an expansion of I-35! - Action Network](https://actionnetwork.org/letters/campo-we-dont-want-our-transportation-dollars-used-to-fund-an-expansion-of-i-35-2/)) to write your comment and share widely with your networks.

Lawsuit Update: We expect to be hearing back from TxDOT in early May.  
Civil Rights Complaint Update: We’ve received confirmation that USDOT has received and is processing our request.
