Sorry about not posting the date.

It was a respectful conversation and touched on CodeNEXT, small lot amnesty, housing supply, and the relationship between land use and transportation. I mentioned a few times how FANs welcome new residents in our neighborhoods, as well as the diversity and abundance of housing needed to accommodate them.
