# Draft EIS Reveals New Light Rail Details and Options

The Austin Transit Partnership (ATP) has released a draft environmental impact statement (EIS) that details plans for light rail and the impacts they will have on the current environment.

The sections of the draft EIS are on the [ATP website](https://www.atptx.org/milestones/austin-light-rail-progress-update).
