CodeNEWS: Provide input on affordable housing density bonus analysis

The City of Austin invites you to a stakeholder meeting to learn about the CodeNEXT process for analyzing the City’s potential density bonuses aimed at producing affordable housing. Consultants will provide preliminary insights about density bonuses in different areas of the city.

As part of their work, the consultants have compiled preliminary development assumptions for areas around the City using CoStar and inputs from local Austin real estate professionals. We invite you to provide input on key assumptions and to review preliminary findings of the density bonus analysis.
